FITNESS COACHING

 As humans, we all have health and fitness needs. Whether you are an elite athlete, a working mom, a retiree, or an autistic individual, these wellness needs only vary by degree. We all need to be able to effectively push, pull, lift, carry, squat, grip, and rotate to be successful in everyday life. Motor planning challenges can turn these necessary human movements into road blocks for individuals with autism and other sensory-motor disorders. In our fitness coaching program, we use functional fitness to develop motor planning, body awareness, coordination, balance, strength, endurance, and overall health. Our goal is to use fitness to train motor skills that translate into everyday life. To promote everyone's engagement, we offer both one-on-one and family training sessions.​
